My littmann after so many years its wasn’t sounding good i could barely hear anything out if it anymore , so i bought this and I couldn’t been happier, this has loud and clear sounds
This is a professional Stethoscope that could be used by physicians paramedics register nurses and LPN, the acoustics of it is as good if not better than other stethoscopes in the market when my littmann got damage , I saw this on google, I give this a 5 stars and I highly recommend this product to anyone in the health care field. For the price is extremely inexpensive but very high quality.
If i could give it a higher rating than 5 i would , because i know this is going to be the one that i will used on a regular basis as I refuse to spend over a 100 dollars for a stethoscope and this one has better acoustics than a high price stethoscope

Got this for my daughter as she is starting nursing school this year and she loves it!
This intellimed stethoscope is unexpectedly good and I love the sheen finish
I must say it is lighter than Littmann, yet provides the same crystal clear sound
