I have spent a frustratingly long period of time searching for a stethoscope I can rely on. I am hard of hearing in my left ear, and my right side isn’t doing so hot either. I struggle sometimes with obtaining just a simple blood pressure reading in a quiet setting—or at least I did before I tried this stethoscope! I work in the pre-hospital setting, with some of the noisiest, bounciest environments you can imagine. Lung sounds are a critical vital sign in this field, and now I can finally hear all of them. I’ve tried numerous styles of Littman and quite frankly, I’m totally unimpressed. Electronic stethoscopes are the bee’s knees, but way too pricey for me to justifiably purchase right now. And now I’m beyond happy with my decision to purchase this one. It’s gorgeous, for one. I receive compliments on the color all the time. It’d be difficult for someone to “mistake” it for their own. More importantly: I can hear absolutely everything. Every little crackle of fluid, every faint wheeze…I’m fairly certain I can hear the heart thinking about a beat before it actually beats. It takes a little bit to adjust to how it feels around your neck. I’ve lent it to coworkers to try out, and they’re blown away with the sound clarity. I’m telling you, this is the best scope on the market.

Although not really important, the blue color is really pretty, I do like the feel of it and I can hear clearly when assessing my patients. I approve.

It’s a good stethoscope. Fits comfortably around the neck, and can fold into the pocket. Sounds are good.

Much less static more defined sound.

I’m a medical assisting student so I will be taking vitals a lot this stethoscope made all the different it is 100% worth the price
