I got this for clinicals a few months ago because I didn't want to shell out $100 for an expensive steth, and it does its job well. I was able to hear murmurs and other heart-lung sounds nicely.

This Stethoscope has to be about the best I've ever used, next to a cardiascope. Excellent sound, comes with extra covers and eartips. Very easy to use right out of the box. I'm very satisfied with this product and company, and I highly recommend.

Better than others
was using the MDF stethoscope until now and honestly using this feels like such a big upgrade, the acoustics the look and feel everything is so much better and accurate
